Incredible Technologies, Inc (IT), located in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights, Illinois, specializes in the design and development of entertainment hardware and software for the on-premise amusement and Class III gaming industries. The company employs over 120 designers, programmers, artists, animators, sound engineers, service technicians, sales and service reps and production personnel. IT is currently the largest U.S. designer and manufacturer of coin-operated video games and is undergoing diversification into the casino gaming sector. MANAGEMENT TEAM

Elaine A. Hodgson

Elaine A. Hodgson, President & CEO, is a founder of IT and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since the company's inception in 1985. A veteran of the entertainment and technical development world, Hodgson has led IT from a $150,000 basement start-up to the international enterprise it has become today. Hodgson's leadership and development of global brands such as Golden Tee Golf have earned her a variety of awards and honors including membership in the University of Illinois-Chicago's Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame. As President, she oversees the strategic planning and marketing of the company's products and intellectual properties. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in biochemistry, Hodgson began her career as an industrial chemist at the Kennedy Space Center.


Richard A. Ditton

Richard A. Ditton, Executive Vice President, is a founder of IT and has used his extensive technical development background to help grow the company to become the industry leader it is today. A key developer of hardware and software tools since IT's inception, Ditton is credited with developing the first commercially successful online tournament system, and he continues to take an active role in the technical development side of the company. He earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a M.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University. Early in his career he worked for IBM as a designer of launch software for the Space Shuttle at NASA.


Lawrence Hodgson

Lawrence Hodgson, Vice President of Product Development, joined IT in 1987 and became Vice President of Product Development in 1996. Hodgson, a pioneer of real-time networked entertainment software, is responsible for the development of all the company's products, including his project leadership for several award-winning titles, most notably Golden Tee Golf. Hodgson currently directs a team of nearly 100 developers, programmers, artists and sound engineers. Hodgson studied Computer Science and Psychology at Prairie State College in Chicago Heights, IL.


Scott Morrisonn

Scott Morrison, Vice President of Marketing, a 25-year veteran of the amusement industry, Morrison began his career as a video game artist and designer. Morrison joined the IT team in 1987 and now oversees all facets of the company's marketing and remains an integral figure in the company's overall strategic development process. His education includes a B.F.A. degree in graphic design from the University of Illinois at Urbana.


Steven Jaskowiak

Steven Jaskowiak, Vice President of Engineering, joined IT in 1987 as a hardware engineer. Prior to his current responsibilities of overseeing the engineering, prototyping and development of all new products at IT, Jaskowiak worked for various companies in the development of automotive test equipment and mobile cellular radios. Jaskowiak also serves as the director of IT's extensive technical support group. Jaskowiak earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S.E.E. from the University of Illinois at Urbana.


James Doré

James M. Doré, COO/CFO, joined IT in 1999. Doré brings a strong operational and financial background to the IT management team that includes stints as a CFO for Gloria Jean's Gourmet Coffee, VP/CFO for Classics International Entertainment and VP/Administration for Trendler Components of Chicago. Doré is responsible for many of the day-to-day operations at IT including accounting, customer service, purchasing, production, distribution, and human resources. A 1979 graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.S. in accountancy, Doré, a CPA, earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University.


Don Pesceone

Don Pesceone, Senior Vice President of Sales, joined the IT management team in 2001. With over 15 years experience as a successful leader of sales organizations in the direct marketing, business-to-business, and healthcare industries, Pesceone currently leads IT's thriving sales force. With his efforts focused on relationship sales and bottom line profits, Pesceone spearheaded the company's successful move to direct sales in 2004. Pesceone studied design and painting at the Art Institute of Chicago and business and marketing at the College of DuPage.


Andrew Kniaz

Andrew Kniaz, Vice President of Business Development, came to IT in 1997 and is the newest addition to the Executive staff. Kniaz is in charge of targeting and growing existing and developing markets through business development, acquisitions, and licensing. In addition, he also is in charge of software quality assurance and compliance issues, managing a growing team of quality assurance specialists. Kniaz is a 14-year veteran of the video game industry and has filled many job roles straddling marketing, development and management. Prior to his employment at IT, he worked for various companies including the entertainment arm of Viacom. Kniaz graduated from DePaul University with a B.A. in history and a computer science minor.



LEGAL AFFAIRS

Mark Whipple

Marc Whipple, General Counsel, brought a strong legal counseling background to IT when he joined in 2006. Former General Counsel of Meyer/Glass Design, Ltd., one of the world's premier toy design studios, Whipple supervises all legal transactions and outside counsel as well as advising on the legal implications of company policy and action. Whipple also coordinates internal and external intellectual property management and protection. After receiving a B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from Drake University in Des Moines, IA in 1992, Whipple earned a J.D. from Chicago's John Marshall School of Law and was admitted to the Bar of the State of Illinois and the General Bar of the US District Court for the District of Northern Illinois in 1995. He was also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in that year.




SOFTWARE DIRECTORS

Tony Defeo

Tony DeFeo, Director of Software Engineering, joined IT in 1999. A veteran software engineer, Defeo has over 15 years experience working with such companies as Clear Communications, Konami, Capcom, Motorola and Harris Corporation. Defeo is responsible for day-to-day management of the company's game programmers, directing the coding, operating systems and architectural designs of IT's video game lineup. He graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1991 with a B.S. in Computer Science.


Scott Schoenberg

Scott Schoenberg, Director of Server Technology, joined IT in 2006 after having held various positions at Celarix, Quantia Communications, Geneer, and Northwestern University's Institute for Learning Sciences. Schoenberg currently leads IT's award-winning online tournament system utilized in Golden Tee Golf and Silver Strike Bowling video games. He is also responsible for web development, the embedded server technologies utilized in various IT products, as well as the OpenG2S Open Source initiative. Schoenberg formerly served as the Vice Chair of the Gaming Standards Association Transport Committee. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from DePaul University in 1996 with a B.S. in Computer Science.
